This book is a revised and enlarged version of my earlier book titled “The law and practice of Hospitality and Tourism in Nigeria “which happened to be the first indigenous book on tourism and hospitality law in Nigeria. The need to update earlier work is imperative considering the enormity of changes in the law and policy on Tourism and Hospitality in Nigeria.
