This second edition reflects new developments in electricity law, regulations, policies as well as power sector litigation, arbitration, ADR, transaction and other issues.  It has introduced fourteen (14) new chapters to reflect the growth and development in the Nigerian Electricity Law and Practice and also updated the sixteen (16) chapters in the first edition of the book. The book is now a Thirty-Chapter (30) book covering all aspects of the Nigerian electricity law including the Nigerian Bulk Electricity Trading (NBET) Plc. and the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA). It also discusses consumer-related matters and social vices of electricity crimes under various headings such as Human Rights and Electric Power Sector in Nigeria; Rights and the Protection of the Electricity Consumers; Electricity Offences in Nigeria and Prosecution.
