Introduction to Law of Evidence in Nigeria with Evidence Act 2011

Introduction to the Law of Evidence in Nigeria: A Practical Approach is meant to provide the basic understanding on the Law of Evidence to students both at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels.  It presents a practical approach to issues that are not only based on the Law of Evidence and the Evidence Act but deals with non-legal issues.  It clearly examines inadmissibility of evidence in line with the Evidence Act 2011 and the Federal Republic of Nigeria constitution of 1999 as amended where necessary.
