The Law of contract is a subject which cuts across all facets of studies both within and outside the faculty of law. Ironically, case law are scattered in different law reports some of which are old and no longer in existence. Thus, the major problems being encounter by Law students, lecturers, lawyers, Judges, and other people having anything to do with the law of contract is how and where to find the appropriate case law applicable to a specific case.
